The Plantation offers a lovely retreat in the heart of the city with a beautiful pool and great atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, but some aspects feel a bit underwhelming for the price. The staff is friendly and genuinely caring, but the dining experience could use improvements. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay, yet some refinements would elevate the experience to match its potential.
My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. The gardens and pool area created a tranquil oasis that made relaxation easy. The rooms were tastefully decorated, boasting incredibly comfortable beds and quality linens. I was blown away by the breakfast, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making this place feel like a second home. While I can't think of any negatives, I really didn't want to leave this paradise behind.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel with its strategic location and excellent hospitality from the staff. The cleanliness of the rooms and the beautiful pool area were definite highlights. The breakfast by the pool was delightful, offering plenty of choices. However, I did encounter an issue with a rude staff member that left a slightly negative impression. Overall, great value for money.
This hotel turned out to be a beautiful oasis in the middle of Phnom Penh, perfect for relaxation and enjoying delightful meals. The staff made our stay wonderful, taking care of us with genuine kindness. However, while inside the resort everything was great, the surrounding area felt a bit overwhelming and not particularly appealing, which was a downside.
I absolutely loved my stay at the Plantation Urban Resort & Spa! The hotel is a true oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city, yet once inside, you feel like you’ve escaped to a serene paradise. The rooms are modern and spacious with a lovely open concept bathroom, but the service, while mostly attentive, occasionally could use a bit more polish. The dining options were fantastic, especially dinner at La Pergola – definitely not to be missed!
